Narrowleaf Peppermint Eucalyptus. A small to tall tree growing up to 30 m. It is common to New South Wales and Victoria, Australia, and occurs in wide range of soil types. It has a dense canopy, with a solitary trunk, rough bark, juvenile leaves initially opposite and then alternate and very aromatic.


Uses:
Inhale to bring relief. Cooling and helpful. Gentle and suitable for children.

Directions:
Use in oil burner: add a few drops to water. Mix with water for use as hydrosol. 

Botanical Name:
Eucalyptus radiata australiana Sieber ex DC. [well-covered, (the flower bud has a cap) and flower bud radiating]

Oil Characteristics:
A colorless, clear, non-viscous, watery oil. The scent is camphoraceous, herbal and spicy with a back note of fruit. It has an intense odor (8 on a scale of 1-10). A vegetal dry down. Spicy astringent taste.
